Public Liability Insurance

At Pristine Drive Detailing your vehicle and property are always in safe hands. We are fully covered with Public Liability Insurance, which protects against accidental damage or injury that may occur while we are working on your vehicle.

This means that in the unlikely event of an incident—whether it’s damage to your property, your vehicle, or injury to a third party—you can have complete peace of mind knowing that we are insured and accountable.

Your trust and confidence are important to us, and our insurance coverage ensures we can provide professional detailing services with the highest level of care and responsibility.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Pristine Drive Detailing.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept payment methods such as cash, EFTPOS, zip and afterpay.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24/48] hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit or cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Condition

  • Prices quoted are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odors may incur additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to adjust the service cost or time required after inspecting the vehicle.

  • Personal belongings must be removed before your appointment as per our pre-service requirements. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

4. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear.

    • Mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues that may arise during or after detailing.

  • Any claim of damage must be reported before the vehicle detailing.

5. Weather Conditions (for mobile services)

  • Services may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather (rain, storms, extreme heat).

  • We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new appointment time.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Health & Safety

  • For heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., biohazards, mold, excessive pet mess), additional fees apply, or the service may be declined.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service where health or safety is at risk.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Pristine Drive Detailing may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
