Access
Ensure we have clear access to your vehicle and keys
Ensure there is a water supply and power source available and easily accessible (unless arranged with us prior to the service).

Personal Belongings
Please take out valuables, loose change, documents, clothing, and other personal belongings from the interior, glove box, boot/trunk, and door pockets. This allows us to clean thoroughly and avoid accidental damage or loss.

Extra Soiling or Pet Hair
If your vehicle has excessive mud, sand, mould, or pet hair, please inform us beforehand so we can allow extra time and quote accordingly.

Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Advise us if there are any pre-existing damages, sensitive paintwork, or special surfaces that need extra care.
Let us know about any electrical issues, alarms, or aftermarket modifications.
